In the render dialog, instead of "Render to file", you have an option to "render to script". This will create a script file, usually in $HOME/Documents/scripts/script001.sh (it will ask you for a path). Then, open a terminal and go in the folder of the file ($HOME/Documents/scripts in that case) and type: ./script001.sh (or any name that you gave in the render dialog).
