You're missing at least: - steps to reproduce: concrete step by step instructions how the bug can be reproduced, - observed vs expected result: what actually happened vs what you expect to happen, and - software versions in the environment where the bug was observed (the OS and Desktop Environment, any relevant libraries or apps, etc).
