ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Software:
I have observed this behaviour only on *Opera* so far. I have no idea if this
is an issue with Opera or KDE or maybe a very strange interaction from both.
As this bug does not appear under Windows and not with any other software, my
guess is that it's a very strange interaction of Opera and KDE.

I also reported this problem to Opera, but can not provide any link as they
seem to not have a public bugtracker.

Version info:
Opera One (version: 122.0.5643.92)
Update stream: Stable
System: KDE neon User Edition (x86_64; KDE)
Chromium version: 138.0.7204.251

I installed Opera from the .deb package downloadable on https://www.opera.com
