SUMMARY
When I try to follow a hashtag (eg. "rust"), it doesn't work.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Search (e.g "rust"). Select the tag "#rust".
2. Click "Follow". The button turns to "Unfollow".
2. If I search for the same tag again, it offers to "Follow" again.
OBSERVED RESULT
The hashtag is not being followed. Also the hashtag doesn't seem to appear
anywhere.
EXPECTED RESULT
The hashtag should have been "Followed".
