There is seemingly no way to disable this suggestion behavior. Is it related to the issue at hand - that unrecognized file extensions are overlooked by KRunner? It doesn't seem to recognize .conf or .reabank, for example (the latter of which is understandable). But .toml is recognized, seemingly.
