SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Monitor and go to Applications
2. Select "Background Services"
3. Press DEL on keyboard
OBSERVED RESULT
The Quit Application pop up shows up and prompts you to Quit
EXPECTED RESULT
Nothing should happen as this is a critical process and the "Quit Application"
button in the GUI as well as "Send Signal" menu are greyed out
