"Often Used" applications section is empty
Description:
When using the Plasma 6 Application Dashboard, the "Often Used" applications
section is empty or does not update with the applications I use often.
Steps to Reproduce:
Open and use several different applications multiple times (e.g.,
Firefox, Kate, Konsole, System Settings).
Open the Application Dashboard.
Observe the "Often Used" section.
Expected Behavior:
The "Often Used" section should be populated with a list of applications
recently or frequently launched.
Actual Behavior:
The "Often Used" section remains empty or displays an outdated list, regardless
of which applications have been used.
