They should contain a "credential request failed, unsupported credentialType:" line that could help in understanding what's wrong. I guess that RealVNC they implemented a new authentication method that KRDC/libVNC doesn't support yet, or that is trying to use certificate-based auhenticatoin that KRDC doesn't support yet (rfbCredentialTypeX509).
