SUMMARY
The Highlight Screen Edges and Hot Corners effect now only renders black
highlights in Breeze as of the latest Arch packaging in October 11th 2025 as
compared to two days before on Qt 6.9.2 and dependent KDE versions which worked
as intended.
Can reproduce in a new user account.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Upgrade Qt and KDE packages to the latest versions as of 25-10-11 9AM UTC
2. Restart/re-login
3. Move the mouse near a configured hot corner with the Breeze Plasma style.
OBSERVED RESULT
Corner and edge highlights are black.
EXPECTED RESULT
Should be accent colored as in previous versions.
