SUMMARY
Users can get stuck in the accounts page in Settings
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have an existing account signed in.
2. Go to Settings > Accounts
3. Try to log in as the existing account, it will say account already logged in
4. Click back in the right pane (where you log in).
5. Click on any other settings category on the left
OBSERVED RESULT
It will not change to that page. You have to close settings and open it again
to get to other categories or try signing in again
EXPECTED RESULT
Page changes OK
