SUMMARY
There is a KDE App Platform update 5.15-23.08 that is not installing/updating
on my system. It has been in the updates list for a week or more now.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click updates notification in the small icon tray near the clock
2. Select all updates available, or one at a time, and click Update (All)
3. All other apps install, this one does not
OBSERVED RESULT
After screen refresh, the abovementioned update remains on the screen as a
pending update
EXPECTED RESULT
The update should install and disappear from the pending list
