SUMMARY
For whatever reason, first time that HDR started blinking in wayland desktop.
Before the i've only seen this kind of behavior when opening the new Indiana
Jones game in wayland with wayland support enabled in proton 10.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have HDR enabled
OBSERVED RESULT
Desktop started blinking after coming back from being afk.

To not.
