It has been a while since I encountered this. Presently on 16.08.3 Version 5.3.3 (QtWebEngine) Using: KDE Frameworks 5.28.0 Qt 5.7.0 (built against 5.7.0) The xcb windowing system I have 16.12.0 built on my dev server just have not installed it yet. Been running behind desktop on updates. I will update to the latest available ASAP. I try to stay pretty current, but do keep servers more up to date then desktops.
