No context menu appears when "new recording" is clicked
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Spectacle
2. Click on "new recording"
OBSERVED RESULT
The context menu will not open when clicked on
EXPECTED RESULT
The context menu should open, revealing recording options
