STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Play a 4K60FPS video.
2. Hold the buttons that increase the volume.
OBSERVED RESULT
While playing the video, it's constantly stuttering, feels 30fps.
While the OSD notification is over the video, it plays smoothly as it should
for 60fps.
EXPECTED RESULT
Play the video without stuttering.
