sometimes when clicking the little bell notifications icon to see recent
notifications causes plasma to crash
the crash happens when clicking the icon, the UI never shows up
it's inconsistent, haven't figured out any pattern for when it does/doesn't
happen
The crash can be reproduced sometimes.
