SUMMARY
Add "Turn Off Screen" as a button in Application Launcher along side the other
power buttons "Sleep", "Restart" and "Shut Down". Or along side session buttons
"Lock", "Log Out" and "Switch User". The button would do the same thing as the
keyboard shortcut "Turn Off Screen" from "Power Management", or waiting a set
period of time when System -> Power Management -> Turn off screen is set.
