STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open Power Management KCM
2. open the second combobox beside "Turn off screen:" and choose "When locked:
Immediately"
3. apply the change
4. play a video in youtube with Chromium or Vivaldi
5. lock the screen by pressing the keyboard shortcut - I use meta+L
OBSERVED RESULT
the screen is locked but the screen remains on. The screen is turned off as
expected if I minimize the browser window before locking the screen.
EXPECTED RESULT
the screen is locked and then the screen is immediately turned off
