Many other applications never wobble like this, for example, the web browser never does even when using the native Wayland mode. One other app where I've seen something similar is Dolphin. I usually use 150% or 125% display scaling and always a Wayland session. I'm actually not sure it happens at 100% scaling or not. I don't know how to trigger it timely, it just randomly happens at some point. It's hard to know when I would know whether a change was mere luck or actually prevents it.
