SUMMARY
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Run plasma-x11 with large oxygen buttons (not sure what other widgets cause
the problem)
2. Open any application window and maximize the screen
3. Press F11 to go fullscreen and again to restore to maximized
OBSERVED RESULT
Window management buttons are half above the visible screen and titlebar
EXPECTED RESULT
Window management buttons should be fully visible.
