SUMMARY
Full screen chome or eletron based app flikers.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. tems meting -> fullscreen
2. starts bilking
OBSERVED RESULT
notebook screen blinks, attached external monitor (display port) does not
night mode color do no effect behavior
not all aplications , FF(143.0b9 (64-bit)) in full screen mode works as
expected (played you tube and static content)
EXPECTED RESULT
stable screen on bouth

solution 1:
notebook display 240Hz , to make it stop flickering when full screen , lowered
refresh to 60Hz (only other option (240/60) )
solution 2:
240Hz, but adaptive sync set to off
