The issue after logging in after boot
Sometimes when I boot into plasma, the pagers are blank despite Text display
set to show "Desktop name", note that the panel is vertical and not sure if
this is relevant somehow but I always boot into plasma via
'startplasma-wayland' command in TTY.
The problem is "fixed" by either clicking on the pager or setting the option
again in Text Display.
