SUMMARY
Keyboard shortcuts using Ctrl+[Key] cease to function when Ghostwriter is in
full-screen mode, including all formatting options and Ctrl+S for saving.
Ctrl+C / Ctrl+V / Ctrl+X continue to work.
Running Manjaro with KDE Plasma (6.3.6).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Toggle full screen on.
2. Attempt to use shortcuts.
OBSERVED RESULT
Ctrl+[Key] shortcuts don't work. Ctrl+K seems to delete text rather than add
Strikethrough. Shortcuts that use other keys (Ctrl+Shift+F, Shift+F11) continue
to work as expected.
EXPECTED RESULT
Shortcuts work as they do in windowed mode.
