STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have the pointer over an item on Dolphin, then scroll until the pointer is
over another item.
2. Have the pointer over an app on "Application Menu > All apps", then scroll
in constant speed.
OBSERVED RESULT
The cursor doesn't update by scrolling as fast as it does when moving the
pointer.
EXPECTED RESULT
Scrolling should highlight items under the pointer instantaneously, just like
it is by moving the pointer.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
There is a similar issue by scrolling from an hyperlink, but I'm not sure if
that's a Plasma or Firefox issue.
