SUMMARY
Some svg files are displayed cropped by 1 pixel after import (probably it
truncates the computed canvas size instead of rounding to the upper value).
This makes it hard to correct because updating the width and height of he
imported object doesn't update it in the composition.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create a circle with 10.5px diameter in inkscape
2. Export it to svg
3. import in Glaxnimate

Circle is cut on the edge
