SUMMARY
No way to refresh importable source without reloading Digikam
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start Digikam without media attached
2. Attach media
3. Import does not show new media or have a way to refresh without restart
OBSERVED RESULT
Newly attached removable media (SD Cards in particular) are not showing on the
import menu. Digikam must be restarted with the media attached.
Additionally, media can be removed and will stay on the import menu. This
allows the user to import, remove media, reconnect media, and import again.
EXPECTED RESULT
Newly attached removable media (SD Cards in particular) areshowing on the
import menu or can be added via a refresh option. Removed media should also no
longer appear on the import menu.
