Reapply "plugins/zoom: Port to CursorItem" This reverts commit 93326f3e50458fb7843a91cee0e4f2d24f2b158f, and fixes the cursor item positioning (which is why it got reverted). Painting the cursor without using the CursorItem (and without special casing the cursor in another way) means that the cursor surface also doesn't get any frame callbacks, making Xwayland not update the cursor.
