SUMMARY

There are 2 ways to switch between displays:
- Using arrangement panel
- Using tab bar above arrangement panel

Arrangement panel more functional and behavior is the same: when you click on
display, settings view switches to whatever you click.

It doesn't make a lot of sense to have multiple display switchers. tab bar
doesn't bring anything over arrangement view. It just takes space which is
already cramped.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Display Configuration

OBSERVED RESULT

You can switch between displays in 2 different ways.

EXPECTED RESULT

Only single way to switch between displays.
