Renaming audio devices in the system to better ones shows a form that contains
only hint-text in text fields.
This is not recommended as users are prone to lose their place and need to
recall information by removing information from the text field.
Update form by featuring the current device name at the top as a header, and
leave the text field empty. Feature a confirm or save button if necessary.
