That requires either recoding, imprecise cut positions (the master is LGOP with a keyframe every .5 second), or originally shooting all-I, and either way doubles (minus footage I did not need) the storage requirement; in this case that's an extra 68 GB; I chose the imprecise cut points which works for what I'm doing.
