SUMMARY
Wallpapers menu crashes System Settings or plasmashell whenever either
application opens it.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Click on Wallpapers
3. Alternatively, press Ctrl + Shift + D on KDE Desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
System Settings opens to an empty Wallpapers menu for under a second before
crashing.
plasmashell opens to an empty Wallpapers menu for under a second before
crashing.
EXPECTED RESULT
System Settings and/or plasmashell open Wallpapers folders with no issue.
