Video of bug when resizing column.
SUMMARY
When opening some rar and zip files the panel on the far right rapidly
resizes.when it is the maximum size.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open file in ark
OBSERVED RESULT
The right panel is rapidly resizing.
EXPECTED RESULT
The right panel does not resize
