This is a htop screenshot which shows the high CPU usage
When downloading videos from telegram, Dolphin aggressively try to make
thumbnails continuously till the download is completed. Which cause high CPU
usage per entirety of the video is downloaded.
/usr/lib/kf6/kioworker /usr/lib/qt6/plugins/kf6/kio/thumbnail.so is using CPU
but it only happens if dolphin is opened
