STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Right-clicked on a title bar.
OBSERVED RESULT
There's a option to deactivate the title bar, but not one to auto-hide it, like
the Panel.
EXPECTED RESULT
Finding an option to auto-hide the title bar, so it appears when the mouse
hovers there.
