SUMMARY
An application window that is too large causes graphical artifacts to display
the plasma Wayland session
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open any program (qt, not sure about gtk)
2. Changing the width/height of an application can be done outside of the root
screen
OBSERVED RESULT
We observe how the parent window and applications are artifacting (plasma
session:Wayland)
