STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Breeze
2. Open the Energy & Power applet, choose to block suspend
3. Switch to Breeze Dark in Quick Settings
4. Open the applet again
OBSERVED RESULT
The button has light color and unreadable text
EXPECTED RESULT
The button has a dark color and readable text
