STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open KMenuEdit
2. Search for any entry, e.g. Firefox
3. Select Firefox, Ctrl + C, Ctrl + V
OBSERVED RESULT
The copied entry is not shown. Trigger a new search by removing the x: Firefo
Now it's displayed.
EXPECTED RESULT
The search updates on copying / removing.
