The emojis are too small and I can't really see them properly
SUMMARY
When looking at the Emoji Selector, the emojis are extremely small and you
can't zoom in on them. They're just stuck very small.
I should be able to zoom in and see them bigger.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Plug in a 1080p 27" Monitor
2. Set Scale to 50%
3. Set Font Size to 23pt
4. Look at Emojis on Emoji Selector
