Temperatures don't match

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have weather widget in an unconfigured state
2. Configure it by entering your location using a provider that offers the
current temperature (e.g. NOAA)
3. Appearance > Show Temperature > Over the widget icon


OBSERVED RESULT
Temperature over the widget icon is always shown as 0


EXPECTED RESULT
Temperature over the widget icon matches the current temperature shown in the
popup
