clicking and dragging has no move option
SUMMARY
It was possible previously to click and drag a screenshot taken from the
notifications window directly to the desktop. It is no longer possible now.
(This behaviour change happened after updating to KDE frameworks 6.17.0)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Take a screenshot with spectacle
2. Click and drag on the screenshot from the notification window to the desktop
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no move option, only copy and link
EXPECTED RESULT
There should be a move option (this was available previously)
