Trying to use the copy to or move to options in the context menu or top menu is
not usable. As soon as you hover over either of those options the entire menu
closes.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open context menu on an email message or click on messages in the top menu
2. Hover over Copy to or Move to options in the menu
3. Menu closes not allowing you to use the Move to or Copy to options
OBSERVED RESULT
Menu closes on hover of the Move to or Copy to message menu options
EXPECTED RESULT
Hovering over Move to or Copy to shows you the options in those sub menus and
allows you to select an option
