This is my entry. I notice that yours doesn't have the 'screen=1' that mine does. You also have "match whole window class" set to Yes, which I didn't. With settting that to Yes, it did work. I still believe this to be a bug, as the other parts of the rule do work and someone might have a reason to need to do only a partial match.
