SUMMARY
Using toggle overview is not instant and takes a few seconds to load holding
the system.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. In settings, change global animation speed to instant.
2. Setup 6 workspaces
3. Open a few applications on different workspaces (same thing happens when
using dual or single monitor setup)
4. press keybind for toggle overview
5. the system display should hang for a few seconds (in those few seconds its
possible that one-five frames will be updated)
OBSERVED RESULT
Runs faster when there are less workspaces and applications, but that doesn't
work for how I use my computer. When comparing to Gnome desktop, on Gnome
showing overview is near instant.
Having individual CPU monitoring enabled and pressing the overview, seems that
one core runs at 100% usage.
EXPECTED RESULT
Pressing toggle overview to instantly show the overview.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Personally, I don't need animations or live preview on what's happening in the
application overview. I tried searching for a setting to: disable live preview
or to use only app icon, or display only a snapshot of the application - but I
wasn't able to find such option.
