Debian, since this was reported, made Trixie stable.

KCalc: 25.04.0
KDE Frameworks: 6.13.0
Qt: Using 6.8.2 and built against 6.8.2
Debian GNU/Linux 13 (trixie) (Wayland)
Build ABI: x86_64-little_endian-lp64
Kernel: linux 6.12.41+deb13-amd64

Pg Up now works as expected. The bug was in the 5 branch of KDE.
