STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. make sure "Shake cursor to find it" is enabled in Accessibility KCM
2. record a video in "Window" mode with Spectacle
3. while Spectacle records the video, move the mouse quickly, so the cursor
becomes bigger
4. finish the screen recording
5. watch the recorded video
OBSERVED RESULT
the bigger cursor was not recorded
EXPECTED RESULT
cursor is always recored
