SUMMARYI basically can't use krita because when i start painting and i slightly
move my pencil (the cursor) to any side of the canvas it will jump to the
nearst docker; this meaning that it only allows me to draw in the middle,
sometimes not even that.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open krita
2. Open a new file
3. Start drawing
