Rubberband selection issue on Plasma 6.4.4
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have two icons on each side of the screen, then drag them into the
scrollable desktop.
2. Try to select an item with the rubberband selection while another item is
offscreen.
OBSERVED RESULT
The item can't be selected.
EXPECTED RESULT
The item should be able to be selected.
