STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Dolphin from nightly Flatpak repo
(https://cdn.kde.org/flatpak/dolphin-nightly/org.kde.dolphin.flatpakref)
2. Launch it and right-click on anything
3. Mouse down to "Activities"
OBSERVED RESULT
A sub-menu saying "The Activity manager is not running"
EXPECTED RESULT
Normal "Link to Activities" UI
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Activity Manager is absolutely running, it's just that Dolphin in Flatpak
packaging can't see it!
