STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Dolphin from nightly Flatpak repo
(https://cdn.kde.org/flatpak/dolphin-nightly/org.kde.dolphin.flatpakref)
2. Launch Dolphin, navigate to a PDF file
OBSERVED RESULT
It has no thumbnail
EXPECTED RESULT
It has a thumbnail
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
KDE's thumbnailers are binary plugins, so they would have to be included in the
Dolphin Flatpak, or the KDE runtime. Evidently kdegraphics-thumbnailers (the
thing that provides these thumbnails) isn't included in either one.
