STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install Dolphin from nightly Flatpak repo
(https://cdn.kde.org/flatpak/dolphin-nightly/org.kde.dolphin.flatpakref)
2. Launch Dolphin, navigate to a file and open it
3. Check the checkbox in the "open with" dialog to always use that app
4. Quit the opened app, go back to Dolphin
5. Open the file again
6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 until the selected app opens automatically (usually 3
times)
7. Quit the opened app, go back to Dolphin
8. Have the desire to open the file with another app; right-click on the file
OBSERVED RESULT
No option to open it in another app! You just… can't.
